::: Update Vol. 2. (Njivice) :::

Köszönet a segítségért...

::: Update Vol.1. English :::

Well, I have decided to write in both Hungarian and English. I will not write a description of the disease because two families have already done that in the blogs (Barni, Miskó) of their children, and that info is really up to date (Many information on the sidebar too). Instead, I will write about Levente, our own lives and, of course, about any cure that is out there, or anything else that I think belongs here. We found out about Levente’s illness when he was a year and a half old. Now he is 2 years old. His brother is a tad jealous of his getting most of our attention, but he is also very understanding and patient with Levente. Many doctors have examined Levente, but none can say much or any good things about his state. Of course, we are aware of the possibilities at hand, cures and such, and we try to live with the hope that Levente will one day be cured and perfectly healthy. So far he gets light treatment and goes to physiotherapy sessions twice a week. Pretty soon, he is going to start taking swimming lessons. He also takes the normal dose of nutritive supplements that most Hungarians do. One thing is certain: Levente is allergic to the ACAI tablets produced by Twinlab (850mb/tablets). He has grown a lot recently, he rides his motorbike, he climbs and clings a lot, he also go up and down the stairs without help for a couple of steps. Sometimes I want him so badly to do certain things, that I think he is even capable of running a stretch or 3-4 metres or so. His all-time favourite is the crane, the bus, the trolley, the cat, the dog, the flowers … and, of course, his tiny motorbike. So much for now. To be continued …
